GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

1/ In placing orders with us, the purchaser has accepted all the general condition of sales as describe here in, not with standing any proposed change in terms contained in its own purchasing documents. The purchaser's orders are there after subject to our acceptance, and may be reduced or cancelled by us for any reason, including our inability to supply. Minimum order is 400€.

2/ All sales of our products are final, and we will not accept the return of any products for credit or exchange.

3/ Delivery: all risk to be borne by customers.

4/ Our products are warranted to be free from defects in manufacturing. Our liability under this warranty and the purchaser's remedy will be limited to replacement of the products involved or their equivalent value as of the date of shipment from our company. We shall not be responsible in any way for damages of any kind under abnormal use of our products.

5/ Prices are EXW prices and do not include tax. Prices can be modified without notice. Prices are postage paid for EU for orders up to 1300€.

6/ Payment must always be made in advance before shipment by wire transfer (our customer should provide bank details). Restocking: The customer may deduct 2% for anticipated payment. This action does not exclude interests on overdue payment which will be applied at 6% per overdue month; one a new month has started it will be considered as a complete month.

7/ In case of disputes, our local area tribunal will be the sole competent.

8/ Goods will remains the property of the manufacturer until paid for in full (according to the French regulation N° 80-535 of 5/12/1980).
